The current page is mainly for sponsors and other shareholders public or private. Our organization is a private entity established for gathering money for art related stuff in Artify YLS way. It emerged from hobby art and was officially registered as a non-profit in 2024. Our establishers have previous entrepreneurial experience, but we are still a young project.
What defines us?
We are a multisided organization. We deal with entrepreneurship and arts in various genres and mediums(portfolio). By our foundation documents, we are allowed to offer various business related services or create and sell arts or use any legal funding ways for gathering money to finance our main objectives.
what we are and our objectives
We offer business related services or directly make and sell arts are related to arts in a multiple ways. For instance, we propagate art in general, mostly contemporary art, but it has to be positive art. We condemn negative art. Condemnation towards the negative art is one of our purposes. What we consider as positive and negative art?
Positive art
Positive art creates value or is interesting, can be contradictory, intriguing, based on traditional and untraditional ways, showing things from different perspective, increasing creativity, casting light to pressure points in life or in society, varies from complexity levels. Can be anti-advertising for negative things in life. Add more multiplicity or smth to someones life or carries a message that might be of some use.
Negative art
Negative art is something that can look beatiful, or is so skirmish that doesn’t align to it’s topic or theme, it was created for. Mainly it’s about design and art solutions that are made as a contest-work and are so abstract that average viewer doesn’t get the point. As an artist, I have even seen weird lines or shapes used for communicating abstract ideas, but most of the canvas is plain or filled with “senseless stuff” and the connection to initial topic or theme is in case of negative art, gone missing.
Some comparison between positive and negative art
So is that we mean senseless or too vague or doing “a few brush strikes” and selling it as a piece of art, as negative art. It depends on the name and reputation of the artist, but it lowers the ideals art stands for. Art is for creating value and some art works sold for millions and having almost empty space on themselves is something that doesn’t do justice to art. We don’t approve that variation of the art pieces and we don’t also approve centuries old dogmas. But we think, art is closer to its purposes and ideals, when the art work is “having smth to say” or it’s on topic or looks worth doing and viewing from the audience point of view.
Based on previous explanations, we assume that art is a medium with many purposes and each individual art piece should have a purpose or it should showcase some sort of “value”. An art piece that matches to the criteria is considered a positive art. We do give our best to do art based on those ideals and promote the mentioned ideas.
Showing problems to target audience
Now there are more objectives in Artify YLS (your life shop) that should be mentioned. Casting light to widespread problems in society is among those going to be addressed in some social projects planned to be carried out with funding from various sources named shortly as sponsors. Target groups are various social groups or people.
Condemning wars
Next objective, we cover, is condemning political motives of wars (like widening one’s territory by means of war). As a person(s), we understand that some wars are worth fighting for, but not those that are only for political purposes and demand thousands or millions of innocent lives. We condemn those type of wars. Probably will produce some anti-politically motivated-wars type of products, art, advertisments, decorations, wearables etc in the long term.
Propagating art in a bit more explanatory manner
The last, but not least important is propagating reasonable, thought-through and value-based execution of creative activities. We thrive for that some of the creative activities if not all of them in long run, would be made reasonably, fine, keeping in mind the value or interesting aspect, and enrich someone’s life. That is what artify your life stands for and we try to live out those values in our creation, at least in long perspective.
